1. Return Eligibility

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Please Note:
For hygiene, licensing, and copyright reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Software and digital downloads
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Opened software or products missing original packaging (may not qualify for a full refund)
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us
Email our support team at admin@glassprep.site with your order number, product name, and the reason for the return.
If the item is defective or damaged, please include clear photos or a short video. - Return Authorization
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address. - Ship the Item
Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the package.- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Amount:
- The product price will be refunded in full if eligible.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our mistake.
4. Exchanges & Store Credit
- Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for the same product if it is defective or damaged.
For a different product, please complete a return and place a new order. - Store Credit:
In certain situations—such as returns outside the 30-day window or without original proof of purchase—we may offer store credit at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
