We currently ship within the United States only.
Carriers
We work with trusted domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure reliable delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping is not available. Please check our website for future updates.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed and successfully paid before 12:00 PM (Noon) PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Products with special shipping notices (such as “Pre-order” or “Ships in X business days”) will follow the timeline stated on the product page.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times begin after the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

4. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $50 shipped within the continental United States.
- Orders under $50 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $5.99.
- Expedited and Overnight shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
5. Order Tracking & Changes
- After shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@glassprep.site.
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipment.
6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us. Return shipping responsibilities are as follows:
- Company Error (Defective or Incorrect Item):
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, glassprep.site will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund. - Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges:
If the return or exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
While glassprep.site is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.
